 Mildura Nitro X Shoot-Out

Some of the BADRC members & committee members travelled to Mildura for the third round of the 2010 Nitro X Shoot-Out on Sunday 11th July.

Club Secretary, and Bad Habit Hobbies sponsored driver Ron Maya finished 3rd in 'A Main' Buggy.

Committee members Karl 'Popcorn' Piepkorn finished in a very respectable 6th place in Buggy, with Jamie 'Gus' O'Brien close behind in 7th, and another Bad Habit Hobbies sponsored driver, Matt Chatz in 8th.

BADRC was also represented in the 'B Main' Buggy Final, with Club President, Sean Connolly placing 3rd.

In the Truggy results, Ron Maya finished 2nd, and Matt Chatz finishing in 3rd.

Congratulations guys on a 'productive' weekend, and a big thanks to Adam 'Boxhead' Box, and Bradley 'Bam Bam' Matheson for pit crew support.

Newly sponsored BADRC driver & Committee member, Scott Rawlings took a road trip to Keilor for their 1/10th Electric meet on Sunday 11th July.

After qualifying 3rd in 4wd Modified Buggy & 4th in 2wd Stock buggy, Scott finished with the very impressive results of 4th in 4wd Buggy & 6th in 2wd Stock Buggy.

Well done Scotty, you have done yourself, BADRC, and your new sponsor Bad Habit Hobbies very proud!
